Home visit
There is no place like home! We like to meet with you at home to truly understand your unique circumstances and see how best we can enhance your home and social life. It's the perfect time to speak with you and family and ask all those questions on your mind.

Bespoke plan
Yes, it really is bespoke. No one size fits all here. We create a plan and discuss it together to ensure it works for you. We can then easily adapt your support throughout our time with you as your needs change.

Seeking a private carer to provide care in your home is a big decision. Compassion First Home Care make this process easy and transparent as our branch team visit you for a chat where you or family/friends can discuss your needs in person.  We will ensure we tailor our service to suit your needs and our carers are expertly trained to help you maintain your independence.

What sort of help do your carers provide?

Our carers are trained to assist with medication support, shopping and companionship calls. Please check the full list of our services.

How soon can you start providing care?

Our care service can start within 24 hours, once you have accepted and signed all the relevant documents.

Will I have the same carer all the time?

We will ensure carer continuity throughout your service but we will provide you with alternative carers when your main carer is on annual leave or feeling unwell.

Do you employ your carers directly?

All our carers are employed through Compassion First Home Care. We do not work with external agencies.

Do you offer care for younger adults (under 65)?

Of course, our care offering is available to anyone 18 and over.

How much is my care likely to cost?

This depends on how many hours of care you require and on what days. During your free consultation, our branch team will provide you with the cost of the service. Please call 01789 224 429 for more details.
